Reiki and energy healing involve the transfer of universal life force energy to help clear, strengthen and balance one’s energy field and pathways to support and speed the healing processes.
Our energy fields become blocked for a number of reasons.
An over-packed schedule, repressed or blocked emotions caused by traumas or just not slowing down enough to truly feel what your body is trying to tell you. I work with you to help quiet your mind and relax your body to open up those channels.
Reiki and energy healing has been shown to assist in healing a variety of conditions, both physical and mental.
Most clients leave a session feeling incredibly relaxed, lighter, and more balanced and aligned.
How It Works
In person sessions work like this…
I’ll have you lie down on your back and start by using a pendulum over your chakra centers. The direction that the pendulum swings reveals whether that chakra is blocked.
A Reiki session involves me laying hands directly on your body or just over your body, depending on your comfort level. I spend the hour tapping into your body to “feel” what’s going on and moving energy around to help open up and un-block those centers.
I receive intuitive messages for clients while working on them and those will be shared after the session.
If you’re not located in the NJ area, I offer distant Reiki sessions over the phone.
A distant Reiki treatment includes a brief phone call before we start, treatment time in which I work on you and your energy field remotely, and time after your session via phone to discuss any follow up recommendations.
Some people are concerned they won’t get the full benefits of an energy healing if they don’t do it in person. Nothing can be further from the truth! I’m still able to tap into your body remotely the same way I do in person and will take you through the same process as if we are in a room together. I promise you will leave an energy healing feeling much different than when you started.
